Hilary joined QFSC in 2020 and brings more than a decade of customer service experience to her role. She focuses on building strong client relationships and helping create a welcoming, organized experience throughout each stage of the client relationship. Her responsibilities include client communications, new client onboarding, coordinating client reviews and events, and managing the firm’s social media presence.
A Chattanooga native, Hilary graduated from Girls Preparatory School and earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville. Outside the office, she enjoys spending time in Franklin, TN with her family, crappie fishing and exploring Chattanooga’s outdoor areas.
